We got feedback from parents that the previous model could not hold as much weight, and that the buttons would sometimes give way. That really made me stop and rethink the design and figure out why it was happening. For the new version, we tested several samples with different button placements to see what actually worked. We even tested the bag with a 5kg weight plate and it held up without giving way.
